AFTERSALES MANAGER
PRIMARY PURPOSE
- Responsibility for after sales business in Indonesia
- Build strong fundamental team, system and workflow in Aftersales organization
- Zero complain and gain customer satisfaction
- Contribute for dealer revenue
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead service function covering field service, training, warranty & technical support
- Lead sparepart function covering sparepart importation, sales, warehouse, inventory & pricing
- Lead customer care function covering call center, roadside assistance, customer handling & customer satisfaction
- Create competitive policy of service, warranty, training & sparepart
- Responsible in dealer after sales standardization process, manpower and facility
- Establish and maintain good working relationship with dealer and encourage to gain profitability
- Make sure service excellent and sparepart availability provided for customer
- Resposibility in provide sparepart profitability for company
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum experience 5 years in Aftersales Business
- Able to speak English (active)
- Able to operate computer (Excel, Microsoft word)
