BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
- Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
- Good Technical writing skill (fluent with Microsoft office)
- Active listening
- Result driven thinking
- Have Experience minimal 2 year in IT industry (preferred)
- Have good partnerships with previous clients is a plus
- Have good business understanding
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop overall strategy in identifying, acquiring, onboarding as well as servicing clients for the company's sales growth
- Monitor ongoing sales performance to identify issues and create timely solutions
- Ensure effective implementation of go-to-market initiatives and new experiments
- Provide speedy and professional responses to ad-hoc enquiries from clients
- Building and managing partnerships to acquire new and existing clients
- Participating in creating, evaluating, and maintaining business development strategy as well as communicating the strategy plan and report.
- Evaluating design ideas and concept to make sure meet clients need and company's standard
- Making selling prices, bundling package, etc based on sales evaluation/sales performance
- Participating in monitoring project progress as well as evaluating and analysing project progress dan project result
- Understanding current macro & micro business state
- Participating in evaluating resource planning
- Participating in managing resource
- Participating in negotiation
- Provide report and quotation for clients
- Following the trends of industries
