CFO (MANDARIN SPEAKER)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the daily financial management of the company, including cost control, budget preparation, fund management, and tax planning;
- Regularly prepare financial statements and report the financial status to the company headquarters
- Review the financial expenses of various departments to ensure the reasonableness and compliance of expenses
- Supervise the management of company assets to ensure the security and legal use of assets
- Responsible for the establishment and improvement of the company's internal financial systems and processes
- Assist in handling factory financial-related audits, tax inspections, and other matters
- Responsible for the construction and management of the factory's financial team, and improve the overall business level of the team
- Complete other financial tasks assigned by the company headquarters
- Assist companies in obtaining financing from financial institutions
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, economics, management, or related majors
- More than 5 years of financial management experience, with at least 3 years of experience as a factory finance manager
- Familiar with financial and tax-related policies and regulations
- Possess good financial analysis, budget control, and cost management capabilities
- Proficient in the use of financial software and office software
- Possess good communication, coordination, team management, and execution capabilities
- Willing to work permanently at the Sulawesi factory
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
