REQUIREMENTS
- Age, Between 35 -45 Year Old
- Education, Minimum S1. Preferable From Civil Erigineering or Architecture.
- Computer and lnternet Literacy.
- Experienced as Project Manager or General Manager Property Developer.
- Leadership ie a Must
- Good Communication Skill.
- Gender Male
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and lmplement Strategic Planning Related to Business lnclude Sales, Financial Performance, New Product Development etc.
- Responsible for Solving Problems, That Occur in Residential Project.
- Plan, Manage and Control the Residential project Cash Flow
- Monitor for the Readiness of a Land Documents, in a Timely and Accurate Manner.
- Monitor the Quality of Houses, Shops and lnfrastructure by QCC and Other Teams
- Manage all Human Resource Processes and Procedures: Provide Leadership and Direction.
