GENERAL MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and lmplement Strategic Planning Related to Business lnclude Sales, Financial Performance, New Product Development, etc.
- Responsible for Solving Problems, That Occur in Residential Project.
- Plan, Manage and Control the Residential project Cash Flow.
- Monitor for the Readiness of a Land Documents, in a Timely and Accurate Manner
- Monitor the Quality of Houses, Shops and Infrastructures by QCC and Other Teams
- Manage all Human Resource Processes and Procedures; Provide Leadership and Direction
REQUIREMENTS
- Male
- Age between 35-45 years old
- Minimum S1. Preferable From Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Computer and lnternet Literacy
- Experienced as Project Manager or General Manager Property Developer
- Leadership is a Must
- Good Communication Skill
