GENERAL MANAGER SALES MARKETING
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop sales and marketing strategies to achieve the set targets.
- Ensuring consumers get services in accordance with systems and procedures.
- Building good relations with dealers and other related parties.
- Negotiating with dealers/shops and other potential stores.
- Conduct research on market conditions and competitors.
- Manage the branch's financial budget.
- Prepare sales reports and other related reports.
- Leading the team, motivating the team, maintaining good relations with business partners and internal partners to achieve sales goals.
- Regularly reviewing sales performance and sales activities to ensure consistency in achieving the company's sales goals/targets.
- Hire new employees, train, guide, supervise and describe staff
- Mapping Areas and compiling Fixed Journey Plans and Salesman Sales Targets.
- Develop work plans and strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
- Organize presentations and/or training courses with clients or with superiors
- Setting action plan, business plan, and business objectives
- Revaluate all member and store performance
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum education S1 (all majors)
- Minimum 3 years as a branch manager in the furniture industry (Mattress, PU Foam, Sofas).
- Have good communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to operate Ms. Office well.
- Have analytical skills and have good accuracy.
- Hard worker, able to work under pressure, target oriented, discipline
- Has extensive relations, customer base in the Java region
- Have the ability to analyze data and reporting standards.
