HEAD OF TALENT ACQUISITION & PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement HR Talent Acquisition and Performance Management strategies and initiatives.
- Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Assess and create Distinct Job profiles for all position in organization.
- Develop and Implement employee training needs aligned with the organization strategy.
- Manage people development life cycle such as recruitment, selection, people mapping, training need analysis.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum undergraduate program in Psychology from reputable university. Holding master's degree in psychology is a plus.
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or another HR Executive with minimum experience in similar position at least 2 (two) years.
- Target oriented and results driven.
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Ability to know people's habits and profiles based on general psychological abilities such as DISC and MBTI.
- Competency management
- Ability to manage assessment center such as psychological tools, BEI, FGD, In Tray is a plus.
