HRBP MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct weekly meetings with all departmental units as a weekly evaluation and review.
- Resolving internal issues that may raise.
- Analyse current trends to grow business.
- Engaging with heads of department provide HR data (minimum wage, overtime, etc.)
- Other duties and responsibilities as designated by supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
- Educational: Holding master’s degree in law from reputable university.
- Experience: minimum of 5 years' experience in Human Resources area.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, prioritise simultaneous request from internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

- Market research and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to drives projects and manages process and risk.
- Strong understanding of labor law, human resources, HRIS system, payroll, overtime, and database employee.
