HRGA SUPERVISOR
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managerial
- Evaluate the performance of the Department
- Develop work plan programs and work budgets
- Develop plans for HR needs and development
- Distribution of tasks, supervision, and performance evaluation of subordinates
- Analyze, evaluate, develop and supervise the implementation of work procedures and company regulations
- Prepare recommendations for awards, punishments and promotions, transfers, demotions of subordinates
- Conduct training, coaching, counseling to the team
- Operational
- Analyze the needs of office facilities
- Conduct a cost analysis for the provision and maintenance of all facilities and means to support office activities
- Establish working relationships with vendors providing facilities
- Create work procedures for inspection and maintenance of facilities
- Conduct a survey of employee satisfaction levels with office facilities
- Prepare reports on office expenses and assets for the purposes of monthly budget meetings
- Handle guests who have needs with employees and company management
- Handling complaints related to office facilities and infrastructure
- Make a monthly purchase report
- Control & Coordination
- Monthly internal meeting in the HRGA department
- Coordination with superiors and subordinates
- Administration & Reporting
