MARKETING LEADER (MANAGER)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute marketing strategy that supports the company goals and the the target right customers through a variety of channels that enable the sales organization
  • Planning and operating affiliate programs to enhance customer benefit, increase internal customer welfare and create new business models
  • Lead and manage marketing team and provide guidance, mentoring to ensure teams’ success in marketing planning and campaign execution

REQUIREMENTS

  • Max 40 years old
  • Bachelor degree in marketing communication, business or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in leadership role
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies
  • Strong leadership
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools sosmed, marketing, and SEO
  • Experience in insurance & home/electronic appliance
