COUNTRY MANAGER
PRIMARY PURPOSE
Developing, Providing, and implementing the strategic alignment of the company’s goals and objectives across all of the business of effective Sales, Dealer network management & marketing strategies.
The Main Focus is ensuring the development & Implementation of short and long-term initiatives for the company’s business in Indonesia.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 8 years sales work experience in Automotive industry in senior role or any industries
- Proven outstanding negotiation skills, strong analytical thinking, strategic minded, persuasive ability & excellent communication skills, wise, brave and good leadership
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Proven knowledge of effective sales & network and marketing strategies and best practices
- Strong communication – ability to motivate a team
- Proven track record of results delivery along with the ability to contribute and work in a team environment
- Advanced Microsoft office, business and reporting skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and Implement sales and dealer development strategies to achieve sales objectives, dealer network expansion, increase brand awareness and market share
- Aligning Visions and operational strategies with business realities in order to achieve the profit
- Development of the National sales business plan that supports the delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual wholesale and retail sales objectives.
- Maintain the focus on business objectives, forecast, and overall goals that can be delivered.
- Develop the overarching network development strategy & Financing strategy.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for Vehicle sales, parts and service and promote the brand image to increase market share and sales
- Ensure timely submission of new vehicle production orders, new vehicle dispatch orders
- Implement and maintain allocation and wholesale requirements, develop plans for wholesale
- Manage dealer appointments & Terminations, timely processing of new application
- Develop and implement standards for Dealership visits and reviews
- Leading the sales team members to: achieve national sales and wholesale targets,market share within competing segments
- Compile regular reports for dealership management to review
- Monitor dealer operation performance index (when systems have been developed) and manage dealers to take improvement actions as necessary.
- Develop relationships with all external stakeholders with a focus on dealership management team, the media, consumers, dealers, government to establish a good brand image
- Audit the annual advertising, public relations plan and budget, supervise the delivery process and effect according to brand annual plan
- Compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Overseeing and managing the network of dealerships, service centers, and showrooms
- Developing and implementing training programs for dealership staff.
- Ensuring the network has the necessary resources to achieve its objectives.
- Other duties as required by the business
- High self-motivated, innovative, dynamic and willing to take proactive, action oriented approach to the business
