PPIC MANAGER

Responsible for the overall resource planning of all orders in the project, including production capacity, manpower, equipment, etc., to meet the shipping requirements
Responsible for daily tracking of project progress and daily rolling shortage reports, weekly project summary and task arrangement, and monthly report, training
Responsible for overall coordination and decision-making on major abnormalities which affecting delivery, work out suitable plans
Responsible for team building to create positive, energetic high quality team
Responsible for production meeting, co-ordination, follow up respective parties. Developing production schedules based on demand forecasts to meet customer requirements
Strong production schedule and planning based on plant capacity and production specifications. Plan work flow and schedules for production departments
Reviewing production schedules and labor forecasts to determine whether additional staff will be required during certain times of the year
Determine equipment, materials and manpower required to complete production
Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery.Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines
Assist in employee hiring, training, performance evaluation, retention and termination activities
Ensure that finished products meet quality standards and customer specifications
