PROCUREMENT MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Management
- Plan and develop Procurement Project idea.
- Working with internal stakeholders and external clients to define the concept idea.
- Create a process and setting the expectation, detailed project plan, scope, and team members.
- Budget management and evaluate project performance based on agreed timeline.
- Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
- Procurement Excellence
- Establish and maintain relationship with key customers and vendors
- Optimizes the effectiveness of the P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes and tools in collaboration with Finance.
- Responsible for project processes and procedures, especially with new deployment
- Organize Procurement Business Partner within the operations team.
- Monitor and define corrective actions to continuously optimizing process performance.
- Maintain HSE excellence and Compliance implementation within the Procurement.
- Technology adoption and leverage
- Drive Integrated Facility Service (IFS) Excellence best practices and deployment, including IT for Solution Sales (Business Intelligence, IoT)
- Champion the change and develops communication, training, and recognition strategy to support the transformation
- Establish the technology roadmap to support overall efficiency gains within the function.
- Inter-department collaboration
- Liaise with all Department to share ideas and proposal concepts to identify best practices
- Develop together with Legal, PO templates with GTC’s (General Terms and Conditions), contract/agreement templates, SLA’s.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least a bachelor’s degree in engineering / Project Management / Industrial / Supply Chain
- At least 5 years managerial experience in the Supply Chain / Project Management
- Analytical problem-solver who puts decisions into actions with strong expertise and skills in the field of security.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders / clients
- Strong Process and Supply Chain knowledge
- Self-directed, dynamic, and customer-centric change-agent who thrives in a challenging and changing environment
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of total work-time.
- Good financial acumen including cost and budgetary control.
- Fluent English speaking in addition to the local language
