PRODUCTION MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS
- Require > 5 years experiance
- Bachelor's Degree
RESPONSIBILITIES
- .Responsible for implementing production plan and Management. Strive to produce high quality product
- Oversee Production processes. Technical management, Machanical Engineering, supervision, control, and plan worker schedule
- Team Leader and communication skill between internal skill and stakeholder. Make sure production process stay within deadlines and budget
- Guiding the success of product from product conception all the way through launch, mass production
- Ensure and determining production capacity, output and quality control standards
- Scheduling regular maintenance and Preventive maintenance for production equipment
- Ensure workplace is safe and clean through task delegation and educating personnel
- Handle conflict resolution and performance management with support of Human Resources team
- Ensuring health and safety regulation are met
