RENTAL SALES MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Listing current and predictable vacancies on all pertinent platforms.
- Scouting for prospective lessees.
- Directing guided tours of each rental.
- Drafting and signing legally sound and detailed lease agreements.
- Scheduling property-related maintenance, refurbishment and others as needed.
- Negotiating the updated features of applicable lease agreements.
- Performing relevant inspections prior to returning lessees' deposits.
REQUIREMENTS
- A Diploma's or Bachelor’s degree from any major
- Have experience being as Rental Sales Manager minimum 5 yrs
- Able to speak English is a must
- Have good communication & relationship skills
- Negotiating skills and Problem-solving
- Familiar with MS Office
- Strong analytical thinking, detail orientation, has enthusiasm to learn business process, leadership skill.
- Good Interpersonal skill, Good Commitment, Honest, and able work as team.
- Able work under pressure
- Has analytical and strategic mindset
