ACCOUNTING/CASHIER
REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 18-30 years
- Min. Diploma
- Experienced in similar field
- Understand basic accounting
- Honest & Responsible
- Min. Mastering Microsoft Excel
- Thorough & External in analyzing
- Able to communicate well
- Able to work with a team
- Easily adapts under pressure
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Compile & create reports of financial data
- Make periodic reports, profit and loss, balance sheets, etc
- Make budget forecasting
- Conduct audits & resolve discrepancies in transactions
- Cooperate with the cashier in handling transactions with guests
- Cooperate with the storekeeper if there are returns / problems & update if there are changes
- Follow the development of laws relating to corporate finance
- Calculating Taxes
- Help Restaurant manager / team to make decisions in preparing the budget
- Provide financial reports to the directors every month
- Responsible for maintaining the financial health of the company
- Responsible for all transactions during operations
- Serving guests in making transactions
- Able to explain ongoing transactions
- Make sure the bill is in accordance with what the guest ordered
- Able to follow certain requests by guests such as split bill, etc
- Ensure that there are no discrepancies when closing daily reports
- Doing regular reports with the accounting team
- Maintain personal hygiene
