REQUIREMENTS

  • Min. 25 – 35 years old
  • Min. Diploma/Bachelor of Hospitality Management
  • Having experience in similar field (min 4 years)
  • Have good communication and negotiation skills
  • Have leadership qualities and have an attractive appearance
  • Able to operate computer
  • Able to work in a team
  • Honest & Responsible
  • Able to handle complaints / complaints

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for all restaurant operations from purchasing ingredients, production, and serving
  • Responsible in Restaurant Finance daily, weekly & monthly
  • Organizing employee work schedules & shift distribution
  • Designing the menu with the chef
  • Able to control variable costs during operations
  • Able to control raw material inventory with Storekeeper team
  • Able to increase sales & branding with the marketing team
  • Responsible for coordinating the team in the field during operations
  • Train / become a mentor for his subordinates
  • Able to provide the best service for restaurant guests
  • Able to handle complaints / complaints from guests
  • Ensuring the Restaurant achieves/exceeds monthly targets
  • Looking for new employees
  • Monitor employee performance
  • Responsible for training, plan implementation, payroll administration.
