REQUIREMENTS
- Man / Woman
- Min. 25 – 35 years old
- Min. Diploma/Bachelor of Hospitality Management
- Having experience in similar field (min 4 years)
- Have good communication and negotiation skills
- Have leadership qualities and have an attractive appearance
- Able to operate computer
- Able to work in a team
- Honest & Responsible
- Able to handle complaints / complaints
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for all restaurant operations from purchasing ingredients, production, and serving
- Responsible in Restaurant Finance daily, weekly & monthly
- Organizing employee work schedules & shift distribution
- Designing the menu with the chef
- Able to control variable costs during operations
- Able to control raw material inventory with Storekeeper team
- Able to increase sales & branding with the marketing team
- Responsible for coordinating the team in the field during operations
- Train / become a mentor for his subordinates
- Able to provide the best service for restaurant guests
- Able to handle complaints / complaints from guests
- Ensuring the Restaurant achieves/exceeds monthly targets
- Looking for new employees
- Monitor employee performance
- Responsible for training, plan implementation, payroll administration.
