REQUIREMENTS
- Age, Between 30 - 40 Years Old.
- Minimum S1
- Good Looking (Attractive)
- Experienced as Sales Manager or Marketing Manager of Residential Project Developer
- English is a Must, Plus Mandarin is Better
- Good Communication Skill
- Gender Male or Female
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organizing A Strategic Sales Plan and Pay Attention Resources On Sales Team
- Monitoring the Activities of the Sales Team
- Provide Analysis of Sales Activities Reporting to General Manager
- To Manage Existing Customers Relationship and Upkeep Good Relationship
- Make an annual budget to Support Teams Work Together
- Plan and propose a budget for Sales Program (Gimmicks) to General Manager for approval
