SALES OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and coordination of sales efforts.
- Coordinate order processing activities between Sales, Order Processing Operations and Finance teams.
- Generate sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards for management and sales teams.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify customer preferences, trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Manage and maintain CRM (Salesforce) system and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Support sales team in lead management, opportunity tracking, and pipeline management.
- Support the sales team in account planning, quota setting, and sales target allocation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales process training programs and materials.
- Work with finance and operations teams to inform planning and decision making for sales incentive and compensation plans.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure effective lead generation and marketing campaign tracking.
- Identify process bottlenecks and propose solutions to streamline sales operations and improve efficiency.
- Monitor and manage sales analytics tools and technologies to ensure they are effectively utilized by the sales team.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales operations and provide recommendations for improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in sales operations, sales analytics, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (such as Salesforce), sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with sales processes, lead management, and pipeline management.
- Knowledge of sales enablement strategies and tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
