SECTOR LEAD
JOB DESCRIPTION
SUPERVISORY / LEADERSHIP:
- Supervises and coaches a team of 2 – 4 Account Executives, Managers or Senior Account Managers for success.
- Organizes and oversees the sales forecasting, reporting, pipeline creation and performance of the sector sales team.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Handles discipline of employees in accordance with company policy.
SALES PERFORMANCE:
- Supervises and coaches a team of 2 – 4 Account Executives, Managers or Senior Account Managers for success.
- May be assigned specific sales accounts or clients to manage directly.
- Motivates and encourages sales team to ensure quotas are met.
- Reviews and analyses sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.
- Ensure the sales process align with the sales governance policy.
- Forecasting, reporting and meeting assigned sales targets for profitable sales performance and strategic objectives in assigned sector.
- Coordinates the involvement of company team members throughout the sales cycle, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
STRATEGIC CLIENT MANAGEMENT:
- Driving a direction for sector in growing market share and sector strategic customer alliances.
- Creating New Logos & developing new partners in respective sectors.
- Consults with potential customers to understand their needs; identifies and suggests equipment, products, or services that will meet those needs.
- Understand and solve complex customer problems through consultative selling process.
- Acts as company representative at client’s relationship.
- Managing customer satisfaction level in doing business with Esri Indonesia
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT:
- Assure attainment of company sales goals and growth by establishing sector sales objectives and revenue forecast through the development of an annual sales plan for assigned sector.
- Assigns territories and sets quotas for sales teams.
- Segment and prioritize accounts and establish meaningful sales strategies for individual account portfolios that align to support market sales strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of organization, including executive C- Level.
- Experience in B2B Solution Selling Process.
- Good analytical and business planning skills.
- Excellent sales and presentation skills
- Effective negotiation skills.
- Passion for learning new technologies.
- Knowledge and having good relationship with the assigned industry / sector market is preferred.
- Agility for cross function collaboration within the company, to coordinate activities towards successful sales order closure.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce would be a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
- Bachelor’s or Master degree in Business, Business Administration, IT or related field.
- At least 3-5 years record of sales leadership experience is required.
- Have experience working in enterprise software company would be preferred
